Experience
Jackson Walters, PhD has over fifteen years of experience in computer programming, software engineering, and research mathematics. His work focuses on applying mathematical insight to real-world technical problems.
For example, during late 2024 through mid-2025 he developed prototype implementations of post-quantum cryptography software in Rust following the NIST FIPS-203 standard prior to widespread adoption in major cryptographic libraries.

Rates vary by project scope and engagement type. Following our initial consultation, I will submit a proposal for your signature before work begins. For longer-term engagements, a formal contract will be required, including a Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement. Work is billed hourly.
